EFT moves beyond the presenting symptoms to the underlying causes; mind, body, spirit and emotions are all connected, each aspect affecting the other and EFT is an holistic approach. Our emotions trigger shifts in our body’s delicate balance of hormones and neurotransmitters, and whilst positive emotions support our health, negative emotions stimulate stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol.
